Projects.
I am drawn to projects that connect computation with the physical world and with people's everyday experiences. These investigations reflect different stages of learning, experimentation and collaboration.
Music, emotion & AI
My interest in music and computing led me to explore how visual information might help interpret emotional signals, and how music could play a role in human wellbeing. The project brought together questions about technology, expression and the limits of what a computer can infer about people.
A smarter food cart
Working with a student team, I explored how hardware and software could support a cafeteria delivery cart. Designing for a real setting encouraged me to think about practical constraints, teamwork and the value of testing ideas beyond the screen.
Robots in motion
I have experimented with humanoid and spider-style robots, exploring movement, mechanical design and challenges such as navigation and obstacle detection. Building and revising physical systems has helped me learn from what does not work on the first attempt.
Understanding aviation data
During an aviation-related experience, I worked with flight-data samples and documentation, including metadata, measurement units and sampling rates. It showed me that meaningful technical analysis begins with careful attention to how information is collected and organized.
